Traditional skill development models, quite often, fail to achieve their objectives due to rapid advancements in technology and work practices, changing consumer expectations, lack of alignment between supply and demand of different types of resources, and most importantly, lack of a coherent strategy. At Navodaya Institute, we believe that it is only with the combined energies of government agencies, industry bodies, business houses, and entrepreneurs that skills development initiatives can get the much needed focus and investments to achieve a national level impact.
